Tonight is one of those nights
where I look at the sky
and want to reform the constellations.
These decrepit, outdated
symbols.
Dippers and Daemons
have no place
in our modern world.
I want to replace them with
the things we know;
Whiskey, cigarettes,
and the Hollywood sign.
But perhaps I don't need to look too far
or wait too long
because every night
the stars fade a little more.
